Howling North Kennels - Shipping Policy
WHERE WE SHIP:
Howling North Kennels offers air shipment worldwide via Northwest Airlines.

HOW WE SHIP:
Howling North Kennels will only ship by air freight at this time.

WHEN WE SHIP:
Howling North Kennels makes all flight arrangements depart as early as possible,
to avoid hot runways and non-air conditioned cargo area layovers.

WHY WE SHIP BY AIR:
Howling North Kennels uses air shipment exclusively because the time your
puppy is traveling can be very stressful.  Shipping by air greatly reduces the time
that your puppy is in transit, which reduces the amount of stress your puppy must
endure.

WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW:
Howling North Kennels will make all of the flight arrangements, so you will need to
provide the name of the nearest major airport which Northwest Airlines operates
within.  You will also need to let us know the full name of the person picking up
your puppy, if he/she is not the buyer.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
Howling North Kennels accepts checks or U.S. Originated money orders only.

When you send a personal, business, or cashier’s check, it must arrive at least two
(2) weeks prior to the shipment date to ensure that the check clears.   Howling
North Kennels will under NO circumstances ship a puppy if the funds have not
transferred.

When sending a money order, it must arrive at least one (1) week prior to the
shipment date to ensure that space will be available on a flight that day.  

Please make your check or money order out to Howling North Kennels in the
exact amount of the fare, unless the price of the puppy is being rolled in to the
total.  

In NO event will Howling North Kennels accept any form of payment in an amount
greater than the total we tell you.  There will be no “change” or refunds given.

Once your payment has been received, we will call or e-mail you with all of the
shipping details including the airline, flight numbers, layovers and times, and
arrival time at final destination.  Keep in mind that this is when your puppy’s flight
lands only.  You may be required to wait for about an hour before being allowed to
claim your puppy.

When you go to the airport to pick up your puppy, be sure to bring government-
issued photo identification like a driver’s license or passport.  The airline will not
release your puppy to you without it.
